Melissa Court is ideally located between the traditional town of Paralimni and the stretching golden coastline of Protaras and is in the district of Famagusta. It's ideally situated for a beach, Activity or cultural holiday; Cyprus has countless architectural ruins, monuments and museums to browse and the local scenery is beautiful.

This is a brand new apartment built to a very high standard, situated in a small block of 8 flats serviced by a lift & stairs, fully accessible for disabled users. The accommodation sleeps 4 people comfortably and both bedrooms come supplied with their own linen, bath towels and are air conditioned.

The floors, hallway & stairs are fully tiled in granite & marble. It's less than a 5 minute drive to a lovely sandy bay- Ayia Trios, but there are numerous other beaches and bays along the coastline.

The flats are approximately 40 minutes away from Larnaka airport, 10 minutes away from Ayia Napa, car hire is recommended. There is a bakery close by which is open 24 hours a day & you can get all your basic essentials there. There is a very good motorway system & the roads are good and well sign posted. There is a local bus service available, lots of car hire companies & taxis.
